legalize it and.tax it....(libs should like the "tax" part)....of course as a child of the 60's I have a soft spot in my heart for it......but I also think that there are literally thousands of people in prison for having a couple of joints and that is ridiculous. Also, according to an article I saw 88000 people lost their lives in drunk driving accidents last year....I'll bet there weren't that many pot related deaths.....what's everyine;s opinion on this?

I applaud your lack of loyalist fervor on this issue.

I want the money for pot to go to responsible small business owners and legitimate farmers. I want the revenue taxed. I want the sell controlled. It was easier for me to get a quarter bag of weed than a 40 in high school. And the person selling bags of weed usually would have something else available for purchase as well.

Impaired driving is impaired driving. I tjink mj should drop from the schedule 1 list, and the revenue that my stae of residence makes from the sale of pot is great - taxes that I'm not paying. I think it would be a mistake for Sessions to start busting legal (in some states) operations. It will be too disruptive to those states' economies.
