Serious question about seniors

We have about 9 or 10 contributing seniors and I was wondering if anyone has a definite answer about the Covid extra year. Are they all eligible to return for one more year to be so called super seniors. I have heard announcers throw that term around and state that everybody gets an extra year. Like your juniors are really sophomores ? Seniors are juniors and so if they wanted could return. Just curious

I be think we are still way short on scholarships. I think we can return a lot of the seniors (aka Covid Juniors) without much trouble, even after signing a full class.

I hope Sharp, Green, Heather, Wheat,Lashley all come back. That would be huge for us. Replacing linemen is never good. Obviously if they were gonna be drafted they will go but every one of those guys would benefit from playing another year.

Couldn’t Lashley get a medical redshirt for last year?

Having all those guys back would be great but the OL was my main concern. Having to replace 3 guys is gonna be a task. Continuity is critical along the line. I guess we will just have to see how it shakes out
