A Hall of Fame coach who worked in Jersey City as a probation officer and made St.Anthony one of the greatest high school sports team of all time.His rivalry with Boyle at St.Patricks was worth the price of admission to see so many great players on the court at the same time.

Sad day in NJ high school basketball. It always seemed imminent but they always managed to chug along for one more year.

The list of Catholic high schools in New Jersey that have closed in my lifetime exceeds the list of teams that have changed conferences in Division I. Sad in a lot of ways.
