Message: <blockquote data-quote="3xWVUenginEER" data-source="post: 130299013" data-attributes="member: 1476506">The entire tournament is a tv production from top to bottom trying to get the best ratings for cbs.  The same is even more so for the 4 school CFP with espn.If it was about having a selection & seeding process that is founded on being fair, they'd choose schools totally blind-no names & just base the process on overall record, SOS, RPI, and what you did OOC and to end the season (last 10-15).  Think about it, they could have 95% of the tournament selected & seeded by Saturday before selection Sunday because there's what 3 to 5 automatic bid decided on Sunday.   I wish someone would do this with a group of former coaches and show the comparison.</blockquote>
