As always, I bow to the judgment of a coach with 900 career victories about which players and which combination will be most effective for my alma mater. Bob is always subbing to match the situation throughout the game, for better defense or better offense or better rebounding. It's not a perfect choice every time, for every coach in America. And players don't always do what Huggins tells them to do. All in all it has been a remarkable season. 9 of the 10 losses were by 1 to 5 points, including to Gonzaga which demolishes team after team by 20 points, more or less. WVU was a tough out. Yes, it would have been great to get 6 more points in those 9 games and finish the season with only 1 loss. But it also IS great to have a team that never is out of any game. Well, one game. Fans all over America would love to have such a scrappy, comeback team that never quits. Why can't every WVU fan appreciate that even in the anguish of a defeat? It's a great season to be a Mountaineer!
