I e-mailed [email protected] but was wondering if it's just me. If you click on "Purchase" from this page you just get a dead link. Not a good look.

Hope the contact with Spectra/evenue expires soon, it's a pretty terrible interface even when it works.

I noticed the same thing. Pretty bad when you're trying to sell tickets.

season tix were due last week, when I went to renew the link failed and I had to call my rep. Pretty inexcusable in 2016 to have such issues and its not the first time so its pretty inexcusable at this point that they dont use another system

Pretty sure the "deadline" to renew your season tickets was September 30. That may have something to do with it...

Still dont know where our tickets in 118 will be. We decided to try and add an additional ticket but they said that wouldn't be possible as they don't sell new seaTs in 118 anymore. Seems even with the new configuration there should be open seats available.

I got a phone call today...

They have physically removed 4 rows from the section to allow for the extra seats along the baseline. A single row of black leather seats, no media table.

The entire section is now just 6 rows, with no one assigned Row A due to the obstructed view.

This means that the section will essentially be full of ONLY season ticket holders, with there being little room left for the traditional program give aways any longer.

My old seats were Row C 21 and 22. My new seats are Row C 19 and 20 (remembering that I was in TRUE row 3 from the floor, now I'm a row of black seats, 8 feet and 2 rows in front of me Row C). I'd never be truly happy about moving anywhere, or being squished in further, even if its just 2 seats...but I'm ok with the outcome. RU seems to have done the best they could in reallocating the seats. I'm eagerly awaiting news of where others have been moved to.

There is still no way to buy tickets online from the Rutgers site. It is under a month until games start and none of the links work for single game tickets, season tickets, mini game packs. What a joke!

Pretty ridiculous. Last week I got particularly excited about the program and its direction and went online to see about season and single game tickets (I live far away but will be back east for some of the season) You would think this would be priority number one...not much point in generating buzz without the ability to fill the RAC and make some $$.

the more things change the more things stay the same...the attention to detail from the department is embarrassing..you better believe if football links were busted that they would be taken care of. It is what it is and basketball is always going to be on the neglected side

Just call the ticket office during business hours and see what's up
I am aware I can call them if I so choose (despite the 3 hour time difference)...doesn't change the fact that in 2016 we still can't order tickets (or EVEN get pricing and information!!) online less than a month before the season. Not a one time issue.

Are they giving the corny cardboard card they gave out last year? They should take a page from the new york red bulls and see how they should package and send the season ticket card.

What's everyone think about the new FLEX ticket plan? Basically you get 8 vouchers for $200 to choose to use for a 200 level ticket to any game at home. Can reserve your seat choice the week of game by calling ticket office. Would be great deal for 100 level seating

Seat Sales must be at an all time low to offer this

Don't think that's a factor here knowing what I know.

Flex plan seems pretty cool I think I'll do it.

Where do you even see this? There is no information about that anywhere I've seen, and tickets are completely inaccessible online.

I got an email about it...it's so disjointed,
One site with all the info shouldn't be that hard.

$65 for 100 level non conference game and $80 for a BIG Ten opponent....seems a bit much given our recent dismal seasons, I know we need the money, but think the prices should be lower, even for the premium 100 level.

Spot on. But you are going to get feedback that says you should support the program. School puts out mid major talent with big ten price tags.

It should be more like $30 for non conference, and $50 for big ten game...just makes u wonder what prices would jump to if we were ever successful in the big ten

$30 for a seat low in the 200 level for a Big Ten basketball game is not unreasonable.

Yeah, $80 is kinda steep especially when there's some 200 level seats are better than some 100s.

the school should be ashamed of these prices, whats even more shameful is that the 100s are not even sold out

It's embarrassing. I did get an email about the flex plan week or so ago. However not sending an email night prior to AND morning of the day single game tix go on sale is simply incompetent.
