They never left his hands did they??
No. He did not throw them and that’s not why there could have been a penalty anyway. The penalty would have been for being so far out on the field but both teams were huddled near their sidelines at that time so no penalty.

I believe it was the Purdue game that Rhule was given a 15 yard penalty for coming on to the field to argue a call..

Why in the hell wasn’t Day given the same treatment yesterday..
Even the Klatt and Johnson agreed he should have been penalized.😔

Because both teams and coaches were out on the field. Go rewatch.

He was on the white in between the field and the sideline. That’s why he was a little bit taken aback by the flag against Purdue.

Ryan day had a complete tantrum practically in the middle of the field and didn’t get flagged.

I just can’t believe that dirt bag and their **** eating fans and the dumbass announcers tried to act like that was an atrocious targeting call. It was text book.

I just watched the video of Day and he did NOT throw the headset. As for the call, I would think by now we know there is a 50-50 chance of it going for or against you. If it was the other way around we would all be talking about it today.

Don’t coaches have bouncers whose job it is to keep them from going onto the field

Why was that not 15 yard penalty? Klatt and Gus seemed to think it was obvious
Well he was on the field but he never let go of the head set. It stayed in his hand. He just swung it like he was going to throw it.

Probably still should have been called though.

Refs were terrible in calling penalties and in spotting the ball. One huge defensive holding call on OSU missed as a defender grabbed Neyor's jersey as he made his break. How could you miss a spot on RJ's run (would have been for a first down) by more than a yard?
