Rutgers vs Mich game thread

Dismal start to this game. They look like they just climbed out of bed, put on the uniformm got to the arena, and ran right out to the center court jump ball.

Did they warm up at all??!

Refs are letting them play for the first time I can remember. It figures they would swallow the whistle when, for the first time, it actually benefits the RU opponent.

I think everyone realizes our guards are not the strongest and don't do well with physical defenders.

This is one we definitely should win if we play our A game. NO Laila Phelia..... and they drop a complete dud. This, unfortunately, has to fall on Coach and her staff. They're totally unprepared to play today.

Did they have food poisoning at the hotel or something???! Geez!!

Have to agree.

Michigan's players are not so much better, talent-wise, with Phelia out today. They are just much better prepared and coach is pushing the right buttons.

But our unpreparedness is more of the story than anything Michigan is doing.

agree, something is missing in the way the team is playing and I won't put it all on missing some players.
I wait till the season's over before saying a change is needed or not, because play might start being better and that's what concurs me now more then getting the win.
I consider this tear a lost season, but hope to see the team play the way that brings hope for next year.
29& shooting so far today and 50% FTs don't make it even if in the beginning of 3rd only 7 TO while behind 24-55
