Didn't Whitney get in trouble? I thought he was involved in something criminal after SHU?

Freeman came to a game where we lost to some lousy team. I think St.Francis of Pennsylvania.

Yep,

Rehabbed and became a union laborer. He worked on a job with a friend of mine a couple of years ago. My friend said Whitney was actually really nice and seemed to straighten himself up.

Good for him.

The guy was actually a pretty good player for SHU. Played bigger than he was and had solid skills.

Wow how old was Kelly Whitney when he had a son, 12? How can he have a kid getting ready for college already?

Whitney is a few months older than me. He was at Seton Hall from 2002/3-2005/6. Birthdate: January 26, 1983

His kid is only a sophomore, I believe. I think he's 15, since the one link I saw said he was 14 as a frosh. That means Whitney was about 18 when he had the kid.

I think we're just aging really fast. This isn't too out of the ordinary to have a kid at this age.

Yeah they probably had a much better time at those great football factories in South Orange, Jamaica, Queens, and the like.

That is an inaccurate and ignorant statement and totally inappropriate. This should be removed.

I guess you don't know Monks background do you? I'll give you a hint, he lives in Highland Park.

And the statement is only off by about 1 kid....

besides the obscene notion of age 12 (no surprising for him to say something like that based on his past posting) orthodox Jews are proud to have large families
is that also a problem now?

I don't care if he himself is Jewish; I stand by my earlier statement.

OK. So it's bad having fun making jokes about your own race, religion etc. now? Ok, I guess?

I know Monk off the board and he is nothing but a gentleman. He comes to the board to get RU news, have fun and make some dumb jokes.

SJ, You can stand by a cliff and try to fly for all I care . As my man Dio says I grew up in HP and now work for the OJ's in Lakewood and am Jewish. They all have 5 kids or more because their goal is to grow the religous brand as much as possible and eventually take over the surrounding communities of Jackson Howell and Toms River. They have turned Lakewood into an overpopulated cesspool. They are my friends and I respect their right to worship but their extremism is not healhy. For them or for the rest of us. Lakewood =Salt Lake City.
