Two glaring weaknesses that fans are going to have to understand about this team is they are not good shooters and they do not defend the perimeter well...those things can be overcome against inferior competitions but it will be a different story against decent teams. So thats why we need to proceed with caution about expectations right now as much as the 4-0 start is wonderful
Good points. The shooting is hard to fix, while closing down shooters should be easier to address, especially since we are pretty athletic.
This would be a game we would lose under Jordan....I expect Pikiell to startvpushing the right buttons

Hit the nail on the head. We knew about the lack of shooting but closing out (particularly on 3s) has been late or non-existent) and it's the one (and only one) deficiency that I noticed from the Jordan era. A good team will tear us up from there. Nontheless, lots to be optimistic about.
Absolutely horrendous shot selection by RU. ..if North Texas was any good they would be up 20...
The last point is the key stat. The FG and 3pt percentage should even out in the second half. They need to continue to rebound well and play better D to pull off the expected win.
Thats way too many 3 attempts for a poor shooting team
I think they're now 1-10 for threes. They are gonna have to win it inside because every shot is an absolute brick.
