jeez Sanders is an absolute stud. Best player we've had since Douby, and I don't even think it's close.

Excellent offensively but the pace of this game is concerning to me. Sanders has taken his game to another level. Effort is very strong unlike the first game

Sanders is starting to dominate games and is now striking fear into other teams....that will open up others.

The Daniels special. The skip pass across a zone. I'd bench a 10 year old if the did something so stupid. He does it every game. Then they hit the 3. Clockwork.

Now they go in a run. Daniels sucks. Can't wait till he leaves.

I'm not going to cut on Daniels--he is what he is. I will say this--he is a very good as a relatively short guard at altering shots down low because of his leaping ability

Yea but his bonehead plays give up run outs and open looks galore. He is a net negative.

Daniels did goof but he also doing what he does well driving to the hoop for layups. We are now losing because we do not defend the three. If we do that the rest of the way. , we will win.

Two of those threes were a direct result of Daniels' play. He scores 4 and gives up 6

Guess knocking the players is alright.
Used to be, knock the coaches , the way team plays , but bashing individual players were considered a no no.
Great to see college players giving their all, but messing up, being called s#1t.
I save that type of assessment for the pro players that aren't doing as well as I think they should.

Goode lingering around the perimeter invisibly
Eddie doesn't want to play him and the kid looks like a scarecrow out there. How he cannot cut without the ball and keep on moving is hard for me to believe. Unfortunately ! Mike and Corey had 2 fouls and went to the bench. Look at the difference when Corey went out of the game. Ridiculous turnovers, Laurent into traffic twice, Daniels cross court, and even Corey threw one away against the zone.. This team has to try and hit 3's when th other team goes on a run. Corey got a pass from Daniels for one and Grier got one from Corey's penetration. They have t o continue to look for and take good threes.
The switch to the zone was the difference by Miles. We have to attack it in the middle and then bring your corners in for the drop off when they collapse. We also have to pick the zone and let Corey get around the guard and distribute.
What a great 15 minutes of offense. DJ has to keep attacking but has to finish. The lack of defense on the opponent's 3 and the pick and roll is killing us. Takes effort that"'s all.

This game is following the usual format where Rutgers stays very close and then goes on a long scoring drought which gives the opponent the lead.Sanders gets a quick 16 points and then he is shutout for the rest of the half and not one other player stepped up on offense.Laurent scores 23 points in the last game and today has zero points at half time.

The bottom line is that Rutgers needs 3 consistent scorers on the floor and most of the time they are lucky to have two. Against even a mid level team like Nebraska Rutgers simply lacks the fire power to win a 40 minute game.
