James Redford: Star filled night a way to thank UNMC
Fourteen years ago this past weekend, James Redford, son of Hollywood icon, Robert Redford, underwent the first of two liver transplants he would receive at The Nebraska Medical Center. On Saturday night, both Redfords got to say thank you.

A giant of the screen. I was first saw him in an episode on the twilight zone were he played death. He was in so many movies and later directed many great movies, if you have a Mount Rushmore of actors he has to be there.

Interesting choice of words... The Sting was also my favorite movie of his! Great actor and him with Paul Newman was cinematic gold!

Electric Horseman one of my all time top 10 movies. Sneakers was also great. Butch, Sting...to many to list em all but he was one of the all time greats
I'm with you on Spy Game. Not my absolute favorite of his, but I don't turn the channel anytime it's on.
I've watched his movies dozens and dozens of times. A favorite is one he directed, "A River Runs Through It". My maternal grandfather graduated from Fergus County High School (Lewistown, Montana) in 1919 and then went on to the University of Montana. The film was set in Missoula pretty close to the same time.
