Tony Kornheiser just referred to her on his radio show as "Babe Ruth." He went on to say that people broke Ruth's records, but he invented the home run, and that Pat Summitt was in the same category.

WBB lost a legend and the game of basketball lost one of its best and brightest.

Major condolences, even though she always found ways to beat RU. She was a really tough, record-setting coach.

Coincidentally, I wore my 2007 Final Four shirt with all the teams' logos yesterday. I stared at the Lady Vols logo for a few seconds longer than usual for some reason.

My condolences to the Summit family, she was a force to deal with. The world of college basketball will miss her. I think the biggest this she did was to refused to coach the men team by asking, if coaching them was a step up. Classic....RIP
