He announced a lot of RU hoops games on BTN+ in addition to countless other sports. Passed away suddenly yesterday. Got to meet him a few times. A fantastic person who wouldn't have a bad thing to say about anybody. My condolences to his family

Lou Somogyi who has covered ND Athletics for 30 years for both the South Bend Tribune and Blue and Gold.com passed yesterday AM of a heart attack following a tennis match.

I’m shocked and saddened. I worked with Lou at TKR. He was always a gentlemen and professional. My condolences to his family.
