The natives are getting restless in Eugene. Wouldn't be suprised to see Frost coaching elsewhere next year.

#1 Oregon is not Frost's team and the record does not go on his resume.
#2 Their opponents have been tougher than Nebs.
#3 Utah would pound BYU & I'm not looking forward to the Mich. St. game outcome for the Huskers. Wish we played Michigan this year to see how the first year coaches match up though.

Rough night, but the defense didn't do him any favors. Scott better take a head-coaching job soon, as I think Helfrich could be the Larry Coker/Frank Solich of Oregon.

Michigan would smash us, their D is legit, and their offensive strength is all they'd need. This ship will take time, that is all.

Why doesn't Michigan's ship take time? New quarterback, with new scheme to learn. They were 5-7 last year with a dope of a coach. Culture was in shambles.

NU was 9-4 last year with a returning QB that barely lost to USC in the bowl game. Got rid of our dope of a coach. Yes, we lost Ameer but there's a stable of back's to choose from(if we'd play them). Defense is porous, but an experienced staff should make it serviceable - lean on offense if it can't. Yes, we lost some razor thin games, but Michigan just grounded BYU into the dirt at their house. I understand BYU was our 1st and Mich's 4th.
Why is there always the excuse around here that things take time while other programs get it turned around quickly? Tired of that EXCUSE!
Did we lower our standards too far and choose the wrong coaching staff? I still feel like this is an interim coach for a handful of years until Frost gets a little HC experience. Oh, and to the recruits: please, still come to NU. (Yeah right, they're all on Twitter.)

Go look back at the recruiting classes Hoke was pulling in at Michigan. They are loaded with talent on D especially. We are NOT. We had WAY too many reaches and busts that are showing up now in holes in the depth chart. All Harbaugh needed was a QB and while the one he got isn't great, he's getting coached up to manage games. Michigan is going to win games with their D this year.
