Dunno. However, the conspiracy theorist in me believes that this is an elaborate disinformation smokescreen covert false flag operation designed to push the narrative that Trev had to lock it up and lock it down plus pop it and lock it and also pop it like it's hot whilst Mickey knows the whole time that the interim tag is being removed after the next win. Meanwhile, common 'sker fans are checking flight aware, Duncan Aviation, and cable installation schedules to determine **** that's already been on lock.

He has to recruit as if he will be here. He'll likely move on and the new coach will try to keep the recruits, or at least the ones he wants the most.

There's a little bit of fibbery in recruiting

He's here until he isn't. Mickey, until something changes, is the HC at NU and plans to stay. Doesn't mean that's how it's going to play out.

I'm sure Mickey plans on staying. However, most likely it won't be as head coach.

Trev just may him a chance to rework the program from December until spring ball. Maybe some position changes.
