So I was reading the standard form letter that always comes with the season tix renewal forms. I noticed there's a new ticket office manager. Someone named Bryant Tyler. Just curious what happened to Shawn Pfannestiel.

So I was reading the standard form letter that always comes with the season tix renewal forms. I noticed there's a new ticket office manager. Someone named Bryant Tyler. Just curious what happened to Shawn Pfannestiel.

Shawn was still there a week ago...I am wondering if he has a new title and some new responsibilities within the Athletic hierarchy?

Shawn was still there as of the Temple game, I assume he has a new role or got a promotion?
