Red Dots on Pistols

Thinking about getting a red dot for my Sig 365xl, does anyone run a dot on their pistol(s)?

Don't know if I would want one on a concealed weapon, seems it would create a snag point .

Set it up so you can co-witness with the mechanical sights. Incase they fail or you don't have time to turn it on. IMO they work better if you can grab cover or have time to take a longer distance shot with it. I think iron sights are just faster coming from a holster in a cqb space. Just my 2 cents based on experience.
