Since HBK is just now waking up in pool of vomit and desperately searching for his George Michael thong, I'd thought I'd ask everyone else if there's any news on recruits. Given what the team has done so far it's been kinda quiet.

I've been busy tea bagging your old buddy. :sneaky: Not much going on recruiting wise.

No doubt this has been posted before but here's another repeat:

Just hours after five-star running back Kemon Spell announced his decommitment from Penn State, Nebraska wasted no time entering the race. The top-ranked ball carrier in the 2027 class, known for his explosive acceleration, elite change of direction, and home-run ability, has now received an offer from Matt Rhule and the Huskers. It’s a bold, early swing at one of the most coveted prospects in the country, and a clear signal that Nebraska intends to be a major player on the national recruiting stage.

Per 247Sports, the 5-foot-9, 205-pound Spell is rated as the No. 1 running back in the 2027 class and holds the No. 8 overall national ranking.

Now that doesn't sound like a Matt Rhule that's getting ready to jump ship.

While I agree on you, on the other side of the coin you are building a relationship that many coaches move to their new teams later.

It makes a lot of sense to stay in touch with any Wisconsin recruits we might want. I think Fickell likely will be another coaching casualty at the end of the season (if not before).

Waiting for news of a dominant interior DL prospect with interest. Not one of these long lanky types - looking for one of those fattish powerful dudes that can't be moved.
