Surely someone did a lidar scan of it at this point? Hopefully inside and out.

Atheists hate Christians is probably right.

I think a big, beautiful gold leaf Trump hotel would be far better. Tell me I'm wrong.

The answer is yes. It was scanned so there is a complete 3d digital image available.

This is a good thing.

What about a 165 foot statue of Karl Marx holding a copy of the Communist Manifesto for admiring French Socialists?

You might find this interesting or maybe not. A co-worker that is a huge gamer said today that there is some video game which is popular that has the entire Notre Dame cathedral in its schematics of the game and the company of the game has been contacted by the French government. I thought that was interesting.

I used the word schematics and that may not be the right engineering term. If it is wrong, forgive me. Let's just say electronic design.

I sae that and it is interesting. The video game is very detailed so perhaps they can use it to replicate things. A lidar scan is a similar help but it is millions or billions of singular points picked up by a laser scan that can be processed into cad software and you can snap to any of the individual points to help build linework to create an as built drawing.

Depending on the resolution of the scan the points are accurate to a thousandth of an inch perhaps.

We use them with projects because we can pick up a point missed by survey if an existing item is missed by survey.
