NIT is happening. Ole Miss will probably fall there, the home loss to us really hurt their NCAAT chances. We aren’t getting in the NIT unless we go on a crazy run down the stretch.

They've been playing like a top 64 team of late but it's a lot harder to get a bid now than it was in 2000. People need to realize this when comparing current coaches vs past ones.

Both of those teams appear to be improving late in the year. I’d give us a better chance of losing both than I would winning both. Kentucky is probably fixing to get hot and win the SEC Tournament. That would be about right.

If they’d taken care of business at home against MSU last week they’d have probably been on the right side of the bubble, especially after winning at Missouri last night. But, the loss to you guys was probably the dagger due to it being a home loss and where yalls NET is at.

I feel confident we’ll make NIT, and yes they’re having it, but you won’t catch me excited about the NIT. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us decline it, with COVID, etc.

I think we are one of the top 40 at large teams in the country right now, too. But we’ve blown too many 2H leads and have too many bad losses. That’s on us. The whole season counts.
