I've noticed through the conference tournaments and first round of NCAAs that refs are pointing towards the shot clock when it hits 10 seconds. Is this a new thing? Or has it been happening forever and I've just never noticed?

Maybe they can have the 4th ref bang on the table like they do in boxing, lol. I didn’t notice this.
