How good is this kid? Is he going to be able to take over and be a serviceable QB next year? I don't know much about him.

There is also the Penn State transfer Micah Bowens. Saw Rucker while he was in high school and he is pretty good. Reminds me a lot of Chandler Morris, but bigger.
