Why hasn't she been replaced, or have I missed it. She could have helped Hobbs out with this mess. Maybe she could have served as an intermediary between past possible recruits and their families.

Don't think that was her primarily role. Her role got filled by Shawn Tucker, which by all accounts so far was an excellent move by Rutgers.

Why would she have been able to help? She is a woman?
