Push notifications only arrive when you open the app?

If this is happening to you, we'd like to use this thread to document the problem and share it with the On3 tech team.

1) Check your App settings to make sure Notifications are enabled and Background App Refresh is turned on.
2) Make sure your battery optimization settings are not impacting the app's ability to send notifications while running in the background.

If those two items don't resolve it, please post here so we can connect you with On3 tech.

Checked #1, as far as #2 I don't see any settings that would be impacting that and I get background notifications from other apps.
