It could be argued that the latter did indeed do that.


"End racism" without total cooperation from all sides will indeed increase racism. Some racism is sanctioned and almost encouraged currently. That ingrains racism as acceptable while the receiving party feels the need to return in kind.

This isn't a great game but you can see what happens when you challenge college DBs 1 on 1, they fold. Just throw it up sometimes and odds are the WR will win the battle. College DBs are made to be exposed.
