Repeal the whole ***** thing. For those who had to use emergency room uninsured and those with prior condition to be treated and send bill to Uncle Sam. Do a one line assessment of Fed return to cover those charges. do away with all this crazy **** that has been thrust upon us. Obamacare was to cover 40million uninsured. There are still 40 million uninsured.
In the case of the ACA... nothing would have been better than something (TIC, such as the line of thought that something was better than nothing).
Just sticking people on health care plans wasn't going to reduce costs.
