Hey, at least it's not in Storrs!

He's got 8 B1G teams in the dance, which is pretty strong for the conference.

Playing Gonzaga in Corvallis would be nothing like playing them in Spokane. Playing Oregon State there in the second round would be a far greater challenge but still a game that could be winnable, unlike a second round game in Storrs.

Isn't Oregon State women's basketball coached by Michelle's brother?

Don't know who you are referring to. OSUw head coach is Scott Rueck, a highly successful coach at lower NCAA levels who has done wonders in his time there already.

I think it was Oregon State's men's team, coached for a while by Michelle Obama's brother (who somewhat famously played basketball with the President before he married Michelle as something of a test to see if he was worthy). (I don't think it was about who won, but about how he played, but you never know.) He was fired at the end of the 2013-14 season, according to Wikipedia.

Thanks. I knew he was at OSU but thought it was the women that he was coaching.
