Took an hour or so, but I've got the football and basketball boards cleaned up...for now. Rivals has been dealing with this for a couple weeks. I have a Spam Cleaner tool, but they are creating so many unique user names with unique IP addresses -- and doing it so fast -- it's hard to keep up with. Pain in the rear.
I’m sure one of these has a Nigerian Prince in them , all we have to do is send over $1000 and we will get 45 million back ! NIL problem solved !
That one week probationary period where you could only look at the boards,(not post) with a mandatory viewing of the boards, to end probationary period would cut a lot of this out. You could continue as a looksee member only, until you met those viewing requirements for any seven days in a row after being given your id.

They could edit the viewing requirements algorithm more loosely if it was cutting into viewing of the board, and/or more strictly if members got in to clusterfk us like they did this the past day or two. I think they could find a happy medium.
