RU will get spanked in conference play but want to see team fight. Players with no confidence on court are:

Buchanan
Badalau
Ogbole

They‘ll need to sit or get very limited mins and play the freshman. Have a short rotation of eight players.

That was some ugly basketball tonight.

Badalou is not a P4 player. He’s had 1 good shooting game all season against a lousy team

Ogbole has never shown he can be effective vs high major talent

Buchanon has some skills but is not consistent

Was there a game? First time in years I just forgot about an RU hoops game - probably first time since the Jordan era. Didn't have a ticket for tonight and one of the guys in our group offered me one, but I declined as I just wasn't interested.

Ogbole should not “sit”. He stinks but it’s untrue we have better options. He needs to just play hard and pick up his 5 fouls. Even if he fouls out in like 15 min. Whatever. Best we’ve got at his position. Bryce needs to get every back up minute at the 5 and also some time at the 4.

Buchanan was a train wreck today, but he does more than Badalau. I’d rather start Buchanan. Maybe as a starter he wouldn’t be as tempted to force the issue. But if he can’t be trusted to play within the team flow his time needs to be limited too.

Zrno’s shooting is down to like 31% now. For someone whose strength is supposed to be sharp shooting that is horrendous. He adds nothing else.

Big O Jesus he makes a basketball look like a tennis ball and he’s scared to go up strong.
Halfway through the game I wanted Buchanan investigated it looked like he was trying to throw the game Lolol

What is Sheridan's weather forecast? I don't know how accurate he is, but he always was confident on the floor.

This. I don’t understand why Nwuli isn’t playing more. I appreciate he’s a technical waiting to happen when he’s in but the kid is an athlete and a dog. We need that with this group. Not that it probably matters with NIL but unless he plays more there’s no way he’s here next year.

He’s a bit wild and reckless. But he’s gonna be a lot of fun to watch as he settles in.

Serb oooops..."White Euro" Sharp Shooters... combined 28 for 97 (29%). We found the only 2 Serbs...ooops "White Euros" who CAN'T play basketball. Knew it from day 1 hype.

They are used to playing in systems with ball movement, spacing, screens and picks, so they are totally lost on the court for us. I would imagine they both want to go back to Europe.

I think Badalau has the best stroke when playing with confidence which is now in the gutter. He needs to make a few to get it going. I think he can become a decent spot up shooter. Had some great looks yesterday but his mechanics have gone awry.

Zrno shoots line drives and doesn’t have pure shooting mechanics. Pure shooters are solid foul shooters which Zrno is not.

Buchanan looks lost. Four turnovers in like 3 mins. Has to figure it out asap.

Fairly certain Nwuli did not play vs. Penn as he was sick. He may have missed practices after the Penn game resulting in his limited play last night.

I'm not sure any of them lacks confidence. They're just not that good. It's hard to tell a player's confidence level unless you know him.

I think he sat the hall game. I remember him in the Penn game on limited minutes - he had a layup opp and he bullrushed into 2 Penn players.

Oh please. They both missed a collection of WIDE open shots yesterday against a terrible Del State team. Enough already. It’s simply not true that they are shooting poorly because our offense doesn’t get them clean looks.

We shot sub 30%. Get to 40% on FG and 3s and it’s a 35 point W.

Some of them damn sure have confidence, to go along with selfishness, low hoops IQ and no talent. JMiss thinks he’s Isaiah Thomas. He more than anyone exhibits the widest gap between ability and ego. Buchanan and Mark also, to a lesser extent.

Sheridan was so into team play that his individual accomplishments seemed invisible for numbers of RU fans
So we find fair weather fans and even diehards memory become cloudy when Sheridan's name is mentioned ;)

I assume by JMiss you mean JMike. He thinks he's Isaiah Thomas? He hardly shoots. And he has a big ego? No one but you sees that. Statistically, he's a better 3 pt. shooter, ball handler, on ball defender and rebounder than the great GB, who most think was a great player.
