Badnslow, ohnozrno, and dylan vagrant should sit and sit and sit. Play anyone and everyone else. Not one play to set up EO early in the game. Try it once. Didnt tell anyone to drive and draw a foul. Coach to the lack of talent u recruited. Pitiful and his bs positivity is embarrassing. IU did not impress me and they crushed us like fleas.

He won’t be gone, next year will be worse, some will find optimism and tell you Pike is too good to let go-give him just one more year over and over. I’m numb to it and really stopped caring. I want them to be good of course but don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. At least we had 2020 and 2021. Dig in for decades now.

He’s gone. Everyone loses any credibility if he stays. The same thing happened with Jordan. Once it becomes obvious, it snowballs. His remaining supporters are fewer and fewer and Zinn would already be a gutless failure if he’s still here. They will reach an agreement with Pike. He must have some pride left.

Pike needs to go. Thst aside you sound like you're devoid of any semblance of situational awareness. Jordan was on his first contract with a buyout of $2.1 million. Moving on from Pike will cost Rutgers $20 million not including the incremental $5 - $10 million to boost NIL and pay extra to lure a solid new HC. That's up to $30 million. Even with a negotiated settlement with Pike, will still be what??? $20 million?? You paying that or just screaming the Zinn is gutless?

Why would anyone make such an agreement and walk away from millions ?

Yeah, I’m paying it..😄. ZInn makes a shitload to figure it out. That’s why she’s here. PIke also makes a shitload to recruit mid-major players and jump around like a cheerleader. We’ve had 12 years of trying to act like big boys in the B1G and nothing has changed. We keep Pike, and it probably sets us back another 2 or 3. For whatever reason, almost no other P5 program has no accountability for coaching results like we do…and not every program has tons of booster money, so there must be a much bigger problem that needs to be uncovered. Season tickets have already taken a hit and the RAC will be a morgue again. I understand it’s a ton of money but sometimes you simply have to cut your losses. We’ve been supposedly bringing in lot of $ from the B1G since the Jordan fiasco so it’s somewhat relative. They need to figure it out.

Haven't bothered watching any games this year on TV (live outside of the area). Not going to bother until he is gone.

He had me hooked for awhile but it's over. What we do on offense makes my blood boil. He has no business being the coach anymore.
The offense stinks because the players stink. Do you think Painter would make these guys good offensive players LOL ? Switch coaches with Purdue and the result would be the same. Pike even beat Purdue with inferior players but this roster has more dogs than the Newark shelter.

On a stink scale from 1-10, Ace Bait is a raging 10, Ogbole 9, Mark 9, Badalau9, Dortch 9, Nwuli 9, Grant 8, Zrno 8 and so on.

So while the roster is hideous, Pike’s fault of course, no coach in hardwood history could transform the offense with it.

"They" are "Us". This is not a pro sports franchise where we can point fingers as Billionaire ownership. Talent is lacking, but is the problem lack of money or bad recruiting? Maybe a bit of both. The issue at hand is that RU has been bad for 40 years, through many administrations and coaching staffs. The one constant has been lackluster funding by the fanbase. .maybe we should start pointing some figures at ourselves for some of the blame?

60+ million from the Big 10 and going up every year. We've got the money. We just want to spend it someplace else.

My biggest worry is college basketball is becoming an analytics game, good offense will always beat good defense and there are a lot teams recognizing that a good offense is more important than a good defense. Pike will never be that guy.

Offensive Efficiency, Defensive Efficiency
18-19__ 7 Teams(>120.0), 7 teams(<90.0)
19-20__ 1 Team, 5 team
20-21__ 5 teams, 11 teams
21-22__ 5 teams, 10 teams
22-23__ 1 team, 3 teams
23-24__ 12 teams, 2 teams
24-25__ 18 teams, 3 teams
25-26__ 49 teams(>120.0), 1 team(<90.0)

It is becoming clearer that we might have to move on from him if this trend continues.
