continually that “the starting lineup” is just for the fans. Ogbole is clearly not the Number 1 at his position. Why, then is he “starting?” 1. In BIG play we cannot afford to have Somerville get two fouls with 14 minutes in the first half. Ogbole taking away minutes from Somerville is a way to try to guard against that. 2. Sommerville as a freshman will hit a wall going forward if he is overused. 3. Sitting on the bench for several minutes each half will give him a chance to observe the action and get the benefit of interacting with the coaches before entering the fray. 4. Ogbole needs all the minutes he can get if we expect him to improve.

Both guys need to play and Martini will need minutes at the 5 as well. The question should not be who starts but who do you want in the game the final 4 minutes.
Well ... that is just not true, because presuming Bailey is available Friday, the starting line-up will change ... presumably Bailey in Derkack out.
