Resort status has been granted to MSU and USM, which would allow alcohol sales on campus if we choose to go that route. Good news.

They could be setting up to off set season tickets sales if they limit then number of fans in the stadium.

Check them coolers at Dudy Noble.... if it’s not renamed by the time we have a baseball game.**

Yeah, if they start selling beer, the guys who like to take coolers into baseball games have probably done it for the last time. Might as well sell the Yetis.

For what it’s worth, I was worried about the same thing at Ole Miss, and they didn’t do that. You can still bring in anything you want in cooler, just no glass.

I think this is relevant, because State won’t want to do anything to detract from their elite baseball environment. Making $70,000 extra on beer sales doesn’t offset the loss of even 5% of the atmosphere.

They aren’t gonna stop left field loungers from taking coolers.
They may stop letting people bring them in once the gates open, but they aren’t gonna stop left field lounges from doing what they already do.

They sell food at the stadium.
They allow left field to cook all the food they want.

And even if they did, the people that are getting premium seating for WAY too cheap won’t die for having to pay for beer like the rest of the stadium will have to do anyway. Not sure where the arrogance comes from with that group but there are thousands of people that would love to take their spot if they have an issue with it.

It was actually nice how long the flag talk lasted. Here we go again.

I’m one of those people.

It’s definitely on the cheap.

They aren’t going to stop letting people do the beer and food Bc then it becomes worth less.

And we aren’t all arrogant pricks!

Well, I know some guys who tested the no glass policy at Dudy Noble circa 1990 and can definitively say they are anti-Coors Party Ball as well. Perhaps if more than 2/3s had fit in the cooler...
