Me loving football, bad call. Basis on the rules he lifted and drove him to the ground, it was correct with the current rule format.
It was an absolute horseshit call.
That isn’t even a penalty in Junior High and you know that isn’t called against any other B1G team.
Dumb answer it’s called in the NFL. When you lift a player and drive them to the ground it’s a flag. Hey I don’t like it, but that’s what why call.
I think this team has watched too many videos of Huskers in the '90s and are trying to overcompensate. Just play good sound fundamental football and get wins.
Penalized for playing football. Just put a dress and lipstick on every other big 10 QB from here on out.
