Coach Miles needs to get the game film of how Pedo St gets Tony Carr from getting doubled by
the D. No reason why Palmer can’t be the scorer more consistently like Carr!

Roby & Copeland need to hit the weight room & put on some weight & muscle, they get backed
down & pushed around too easily.

We need a 3 pt shooter, hard to understand why we do not have a dead eye from the outside. Several open looks, should be money?

We could be pretty darn good next year in the post, Jordy gets a couple of go to moves, Copeland, Roby, at forward. Not sure who the guards will be, have to assume Palmer goes pro.

Post season will be interesting, assuming NIT with several home games, could be fun! I am sure the bars around the vault would love to see 3 or 4 more home games.

Haven't you noticed the difference in Roby this year as compared to last year? He has put on quite a bit of weight and muscle. There's only so much you can do in a years time. And Copeland couldn't do much coming off back surgery. Also, post defense really isn't their games as each is more of a wing type player. They both have to play in there some because we don't have much depth inside.

Roby is so much better this year than last. He could be really special next season.

Guess you missed the freshmen 3 pt. shooter. You sound like you've watched maybe one game.

This team played better before Palmer went off. Since then there has been more 1 on 1 and less sharing of the ball. Yesterday was panic city, players shared shots instead of the ball.

Palmer is a nice player, but he lacks a lot of twitch needed for NBA 2 guards. Think guys who can create their own shot and burn in transition. I think he would benefit from another year of S&C. Could become a nice role player if he builds more lower body strength.

I think his outside shot is his biggest weakness, he has terrible form and it leads to inconsistency. If he had a great outside shot he would he SO much better because you can't dispute his ability to take it to the hole.

Here is the last great athletic 2 guard to come out of Nebraska. Lue was a pure 1. Both could play the 1-2 but Strickland was special.

I played against him. He just coasted. No effort, just dominated me on the court.

3 sport athlete. Offered at WR by TO (who lusted after him), 1-2 by Nee, and was a MLB draft pick...

Andre Woolridge Neb 92-93 - Omaha benson - then transferred to Iowa was a pretty damn good guard. 2x Ist team all big ten and 3rd team all American.

9 years pro ball in Europe

Never knew the circumstances behind his transfer

When was this? This NU team has never been very adept at sharing the ball or moving without the ball. A good share of their conference wins came because Palmer carried the offense. And in the only good stretch they had against Michigan on Friday, he did exactly that.

Thomas Allen has the pure shot. If he builds up more reps and confidence he can be a huge piece of the puzzle next year.
