Looks like we jumped ahead of St. Mary's after they got beat up by Gonzaga. St. Mary's fell from 30 to 32, and we moved from 32 to 31.

Here's the crowd just ahead of us:

26 Marquette (no game tonight, plays 15 Seton Hall Thursday)
27 Auburn (no game until Friday)
28 Florida (no game tonight, tomorrow plays winner of 95 Georgia/93 Ole Miss)
29 LSU (no game until Saturday)
30 Stanford (plays 148 Cal tonight at 9pm)
31 Rutgers (no game tonight, plays 25 Michigan tomorrow)
32 St. Mary's (done)
33 Purdue (no game tonight, plays 16 Ohio State tomorrow)
34 Iowa (no game tonight, plays winner of 44 Minnesota/159 Northwestern tomorrow)
35 Penn St (no game tonight, plays winner of 59 Indiana/106 Nebraska tomorrow)

Only team in action in our neightborhood tonight is Stanford. If they somehow lose to Cal, we would almost certainly go into tomorrow's game as the Net 30.
Tomorrow sees a lot more action in our neihborhood:
- Marquette probably wouldn't drop far even with a loss to SHU
- Florida would drop a ton if they lost to either opponent
- Rutgers probably wouldn't drop far even with a loss to Michigan
- Purdue stands to gain with a win over OSU
- Iowa and Penn St probably wouldn't gain much ground with a win

So, rooting for Cal tonight.... then rooting for RU and against Florida tomorrow.

So beating Michigan tomorrow would put us at 30 or better, no?

Edit: And as a Quad 1 team all those teams who beat us on their home court would have another Quad 1 win, right?

If Stanford and Florida lose, and we win, we could be looking at 28-29. If we all win, we might still be at 31.

would a loss to Michigan knock us down a few slots behind Purdue? A team we beat twice.

Regardless - we definitely want Purdue to win. If they jump over 30 that’s another Q1 win.

Stanford lost, and we've moved up to 30. We now qualify as a Q1 home win for a ton of teams... let's beat Michigan today and make that stick.

It’s so depressing that none of it matters now.

I understand the focus should be on keeping people healthy but this isn’t being handled well. Just cancel everything and announce that you’ll try to reschedule it. Proceed with Selection process for in the event this happens eventually. Having the kids play these games expecting them to not matter and worrying about getting sick is sort of ridiculous.

The away win @ Purdue is and will remain Quad 1 with our wins over SHU, MD and Wisconsin. If Purdue went on a run in the B1G tournament our home win v Purdue could become a 5th Quad 1 win for us (same with Ill and PSU).

if teams make a run in the B10 that are currently Q2 will it potentially knock some of the Q1 wins down to a Q2?

if Mich and Wisky lose can they fall the 5-6 spots out of the top 30?
