My fellow Linden guy is doing great for George Mason. He has led GM to the finals of the Charleston Classic with victories over Mississippi State and Oklahoma State. He played 39 of 40 minutes vs. Miss. State and had 10 points, 5 assists and 1 turnover. Today he scored 9 points vs. Oklahoma State on 3-5 on threes and had 2 assists and 2 turnovers and played 40 minutes out of a possible 45 because the game went into OT. After 4 games he is averaging 11 points a game and I believe is leading the team in minutes. He is a real steady player. I know his dad told me he would have loved to get an offer from RU and we let him get away. He could have been a great backup to Corey and someone who could have run the show for us for several minutes a game.

Not being at a Big Ten school, we can always keep our fingers crossed for a future transfer of Livingston back to NJ and Rutgers.

We need a back up PG who would give us 10 MPG. If I were Otis Livingston I'd rather play 30 MPG at George mason than 10 MPG for RU

Actually he is averaging 36.4 PPG. George Mason actually scored more than a point per possession vs. Virginia this weekend. Not an easy task.

I am very happy for Otis. I wish he was at RU but I also think he is at a perfect place. He is playing the most minutes on the team and is playing well. He scored 11 vs. Virginia last night and is putting up good numbers including 11 points per game after the first 5 games. I think he has proved many people wrong that he can play at this level.

Art, you are the biggest Linden fan in the state. Great stuff!

We should have taken a chance on him, but I wish him well. George Mason is a good school and a good program.

I doubt EJ "let him get away". More than likely the staff made a decision to not recruit him. Doesn't mean he isn't a good player, they wanted someone else.
