The whole point of men's and women's sports is fair competition. If you're going to allow this then Title 9 is null and void.
Love Wyoming and everything about it. Proud to have lived a huge chunk of my life there and raised my 2 girls there.

Well it is a no brainer in terms of a victory. Title 9 is there to create a safe learning environment and if she doesn't feel safe, that is all it takes. This has gone to court over and over for sexual harassment on college campuses. The girl pretty much always wins.
They should’ve stood up against a biological male taking a roster spot from a biological female. They didn’t push back against it, now they’re dealing with the consequences.
Yeah I love Wyoming too. Always enjoy going up there (well the northern half of the state in particular).
listened to Riley Gaines and she shared a story where a college was leaving it up to the girls on the team if they wanted to have a biological male on the women’s team. The would do a confidential vote to determine it. All the girls on the team were 100% going to vote no.
On the day of the vote the coach brought the team in and the bio-male wanted to say a few things. So he gets up and tells the girls how much it means to him to be on the team and he would basically harm himself if he wasn’t included.
Then the coach says - by show of hands (not confidential) who does not want him on the team.
Absolute crap show - the girls on the team don’t like it anymore than the competing teams but get so much pressure from the University to go with the program. At least these types of things are happening to give them a voice and make it okay to stand against this and protect women’s sports.
This will end in a huge lawsuit and the school knows it if he is kicked off the team now. This fe(male) should be ashamed of himself. And quite frankly, he should be embarrassed for beating up on women to make himself feel better.
I love how the forfeiting schools did not state a reason why they forfeited. I hope all of their remaining opposition forfeit. This could be fun. Now, where is that popcorn eating emoji?

brilliant, you should think about being a rocket scientist.What gets me about all of this gender stuff is there is now no definition of a woman. Our recent Supreme Court justice couldn’t define a woman. So how do we have any rules and regulations for women when we can’t even say who they are?
