I notice that the Virginia Tech roster does not include any Virginia natives, and has players from Oak Hill Academy, IMG Academy, Montverde Academy, and Mount Zion Prep. Has Rutgers ever landed a recruit from those programs?

Anees Raheem played for Oak Hill.
I'm not sure if Art participated in hoops, but he did enough for his Illinois team to beat the Sandusky's in football.
I know Art didn't play bball at RU but the question was has RU ever landed a recruit from those schools.
