Just dye her hair and get different glasses until it blows over. A normal person in her position may have threw their hands up and yelled “oh, come on man” just from frustration and heat of the moment but to chase him down after he gave it to his kid…she is a piece of work.
even if she did feel it was hers and thought her hand was on it- once she saw him give it to his kid while hugging him. She should have just given a “my bad” let your son have it…

She clearly is not normal. I used to have a neighbor who is very similar. My neighbor was a victim of multiple shootings including a school shooting as a 7 year old. She had issues. Normal people would celebrate holidays and my neighbor would remember the say people were shot.

I think he made the right decision as well, that women was off her rocker and taking on the whole section. You can't reason with crazy people, you just have to get them away from you as quick as possible. If I recognized her and was her coworker, I would definitely try to avoid her as much as possible going forward. You never know what event might cause her to snap again.

Correct. Whenever I see someone losing it in an airport or airplane I assume they are mental. Travel screws up their sleep schedule, eating and exercise. They then have problems.
