I've seen him play a lot better than he did against us.
Same. His game against RU was the worst I have seen him play this season.

Also, an interesting note about Ogbole... his rebounding stats are actually pretty good (6.6 rpg, 18 mins pg), placing him 14th in the B1G. If he averaged as many minutes as the players ahead of him, he'd be in the top 5.

Said this the other day. EO is a good rebounder, to add, I believe he averages more per 40 minutes than the conference leader.

penn State lost to Michigan by 2. Juric had 20 points that game vs that front line.

Hard pass on Juric. Offers ZERO rim protection. He has blocked a grand total of 6 shots the entire season (27 games).
Good stat. By comparison, EO has 31 blocks in 26 games, and he’s doing it while averaging only 18 minutes per game, while Juric plays 27 minutes per game.

As mentioned, Manny is an excellent rebounder as well. If he returns as a backup center for us next season, we’ll be solid in that position.

Hard pass on both Manny and Juric. I’d be curious to see what Manny’s +/- is. Just because he gets us 5-6 rebounds in 20 minutes does not mean that he deserves his minutes. After you factor in his slow defense, stone hands, and uselessness on offense, I’d rather us just embrace small ball until we can get someone in the offseason.

Agreed EO definitely doesn't earn his keep

+/- means nothing with this teams haphazard rotations, completely poor defense, ect

One other item to factor in is his one per game illegal screen/moving screen, foul/turnover

Just my opinion, but there are two types of people in this world and on this board.

One type looks at people and sees the potential. the other looks and sees the
flaws.

Both of us claim to be objective evaluators.

The reality is that confirmation bias is a much stronger force than we want to accept.
