True. I hated that they hired Ed donatell. He's terrible.
But Kirk is who he is. Careful.
Grew up in Minnesota, and the Vikings have broken my heart so many times. I swear that franchise is more cursed than the Chicago Cubs used to be. Gary Anderson missed field goal and Brett Favre bonehead interception costs trips to the Super Bowl, as two examples. Of course even if they had made the Super Bowl on those occasions, they would have found gut-wrenching ways to lose the big game anyway.
He is a fascinating study. Puts up numbers and has performed well most of his career. Just can’t shut down critics when it matters most. QBs that perform at his level are damn difficult to find and they won’t be ‘better’ without him, unless anyone has a solution that I’m not aware of. Very Matty ice like.
Haven't the Vikings paid Cousins something like $160 million for 1 playoff win? That is Dak Prescott territory.

Their record was a mirage and most Vikings fans knew it. They HAVE to change their DC. Chinander would be an improvement over that clown.
He has to be fired. They need an upgrade here and there, but they are definitely a top half of the league defense, talent-wise.
Hopefully O'Connell has the balls to do it. They're re on the verge of being a team that makes a deep run the playoffs. Ruthlessly cut all of the dead weight.
