Does everyone who does curls get tennis elbow? Is there a better way to hit the biceps without getting this pain? Do you have an exercise to relieve it. Thanks.

That didn't take long. My arms would have fallen off in my teens if that was the case. But I got it in my left arm too!!!

You using curl bar or curl machine? I only use dumbells. Seems elbows is one of the reasons I dumbed the french curls.

I try to mix it up, but I always go to the preacher curl machine to finish it up. That machine doesn't seem to hurt like barbell/dumbbells do. But I need more than one exercise for them.

Try hammer curls. Worked for me. Took the pressure off somewhat.

Get elbow sleeves and wear them.

Inside or outside of the elbow? people often confuse tennis and golfers elbow. Typically when you get inside elbow pain is it due to bad grip. People get slack with holder the weight tight with the ring and little fingers. Hold the weight tight and it should go away. I have no idea how you'd get it on the outside of the elbow from curls.
