I just looked at the on-line story - here is the headline "College basketball player took swing at cop inside campus Wawa, authorities say". Anyone who thinks that if this was a Rutgers player it would still say "College" and not "Rutgers" is flat out lying or an imbecile.

Princeton sports don't move the dial like RU sports, but this is disproportionately light coverage, as we've come to expect. The culture at nj.com is so toxic wrt Rutgers. RU does something good and they take a big picture view and downplay it. RU does something bad and they take an insular view and blow it up. This is not even a conspiracy theory lol
