Big win today over Kstate so lets celebrate. You might use these recommendations to ease the pain as well after our bowl game. I digress, here is all you need to know about the christmas seasonals that our state has to offer!

Sweetwater is an ironic name for them as every beer they offer tends to taste as if they washed a lawnmower...

We did every beer we could find at the time. We left out quite a few that were gone off the shelves here in Jackson, MS. The plan was to do 12 beers of Christmas. We combed the desert.

Well they say don’t judge a book by its cover but I think I’ll pass. On second thought....pour it up.

It wasn't terrible... Had a hint of cloves in it. AND it was 8%.

Sounds festive. The higher abv always makes a bad better somehow. I think.

Something local in NMs, 1817 has a BlackBerry Sour for the winter. I’m not much of a fruity beer guy but the wife got it and I tried it and it was excellent. It would be great for someone who claims to not like beer.

Sours are aiight. I have tried all of the ones I can get my hands on. Just can’t really drink more than one. They definitely appeal to the non beer drinkers though.

Big Beach Brewery in Gulf Shores has a good sour. They are not a beer I want to drink all day, one or two with a meal are great and then I switch back to beer flavored beer.

I remember when I finally had a job and could afford to drink Miller Lite on a regular basis. I still love a Miller High Life, reminds me of a late uncle who never mentioned all the High Life’s I stole thinking he wouldn’t notice.

We made fake id’s with print shop deluxe so I didn’t really steal any brews growing up. I guess I took a bud light from my grandma’s fridge once. My uncle left some miller light in our fridge and I took one of those when I was like 8 and my 5 yr old sister drank more of it than I did.

Ouch. I’ll go toe to toe with ya these days. Just wasn’t a big drinker when I was 8. Out of the piss beers, I’d rather have a coors light. Grew up drinking bud heavy until it made me heavy. Still working that off.
