As much as I think this NIL thing is a tragedy because the NCAA didn’t get ahead of this obvious conclusion, I don’t think saying that kids will be irresponsible with their money is a valid argument for why they don’t deserve it.

Cam didn't get that money. Diddy did. I wouldn't be surprised if Cam never saw any of it besides a little spending money up to football season. That's not a thing.

You can file just about any ******** lawsuit you want, but the case your are describing is one of the reasons you have to include "just about" in the first part of this sentence.
