ON3 is horrible

Can't post in the West end Zone, but can here... won't let me change payment method, says I'm subscribed but I don't have posting privileges. I've emailed and called, and they (On 3) keeps telling me, yeah your subscription has expired just entire your info here... which again, WON'T let me do it. The save payment method button is greyed out and and I send them a snapshot, and they say... oh it's not.

Geez. Anyone else have an issue like this?

So I click join now...

and it says update payment method, but it won't let me.

Confusing as heck

This has affected a lot of users across the entire network, thousands. Larry and Paul, for example, have a comp and they, too, were locked out of posting last weekend for hours. Customer service had to address it. (We don't have anything in our admin on the local level to fix it. The only thing I have in my local admin is content publishing).

At your convenience, email [email protected]. Please feel free to copy me on the email. My email is: [email protected] (no "H" in the email).

In the subject line, write: URGENT - Tigerillustrated.com (Posting disabled)

In the message, give them your username, your password, the exact email address tied to that username and the nature of the issue. They can flip a trigger that should quickly restore posting.
