ON3 acquires Rivals

247 is the best at rankings IMO. Rivals has always had the better forums and I’m just loyal to it . ON3 is just cringe. I don’t want to speculate how much money a kid should make on NIL. And I’m actually all for NIL. But I think the thats just cringe how they do it.
Been coming here since Dean cut his teeth on rivals. Never thought he was great. Back then we had the old HI guys from the magazine and people like Ross on recruiting. Never understood why Dean moved up like he did when the others wee so much better. Other than he was an *** kisser and the others weren’t *** much.

the last sentence said it all. He is the mouthpiece and will do what he is told. He is a terrible writer IMO.

I used to draw Sean's ire from time to time on RSS way back when. Sean was a true believer in Steve Peterson back in the day and I never was.
Word is that they are going to merge all the old data from Rivals to ON3 for posters who are on both. That should be interesting.
Yep. Dean being at the helm is going to be bad for business on NU side. Having communist mods like Sklar have already altered people’s profiles as well.
Plus, for the foreseeable future, Deano said it's a contract thing, any team site that is on both Rivals and ON3 will not have access to the other boards. How convenient for them.
I miss the days when we first joined the B1G and there were so many respectful and well intentioned posts from fans from the other B1G programs welcoming us. That was good stuff.
I have only been a part of Huskermax prior to rivals and will say that the mods over here are generally pretty reasonable in comparison.
not sure I understand.. before the whole ON3 thing, this site used to be great and had good moderation.. once he went to ON3, the new publisher came in and things changed for the worse on here.. I was sort of looking forward to things going back to the way they used to be.. I'm probably missing some key info, so just looking for clarity I guess.
