NDSU is benefiting this year from SDSU and other conference schools getting raided by NIL transfers. I think SDSU lost 9 starters to NIL deals. As a whole I think their conference from what I’ve seen is down this year. I believe NDSU has a little better NIL budget than some of the other conference schools.
