What do you mean? Are you saying Iowa State is able to generate more NIL $$$ than Iowa ? How is that possible? We will never be able to attract higher level of players if that is true?iowa offered him in high school but it became evident early on that he was outside of our budget.
Iowa State has a big time booster that helps their basketball program. That’s how Floyd, Eustachy and Hoiberg were able to bring in the talent that they brought in. He has continued to do it now that it’s legal. What do you mean? Are you saying Iowa State is able to generate more NIL $$$ than Iowa ? How is that possible? thanks was just curious how they could afford players we can'tIowa State has a big time booster that helps their basketball program. That’s how Floyd, Eustachy and Hoiberg were able to bring in the talent that they brought in. He has continued to do it now that it’s legal.
Yes. Wake ForestDid Omaha commit?
Which athletic department would you rather have, Iowa or Iowa State? Also, Iowa State has the state’s only billionaire, Albaugh, from Ankeny helping financially big time. Barta was not the great fund raiser many of you thought. Many big money donors have died or quit. Doing it right and graduating don’t win titles, conference or national. We have a car dealer and a truck stop owner and damn lucky to have them. We have no Roy Carver or the Amana money.
If anyone is interested, Wake is playing Michigan tomorrow night on FS1. Just curious to see how Michigan is this year (I know they're ranked high), and see how Biliew is doing there for Wake.Yes. Wake Forest
Sounds like he's more than a nose better than PeytonThat great state champ team with Pryce,Peyton,Omaha and tucker devries is now at the end of college careers so the verdict is in:
Tucker was right choice as Mr BB that year.
He turned out to be the best college player by a nose over Peyton.
Watched the IU vs Marquette game on Sunday.
Tucker was clearly the best player on the floor.
He had 16 points 8 minutes in and had 27 when he sat the last 10 minutes in a huge blowout by IU. He had 27 points on 15 shots he was 6 of 9 from the arc.
He is going to have a huge season A mature, rugged, smart player that might just be a better shooter than Peyton.
Peyton is getting a cup of coffee in thunder organization so giving him some credit for being all BIG his jr. Year.Sounds like he's more than a nose better than Peyton
It looks like he's tearing it up in Wake's first two games. 7 total points and shooting 15%.If anyone is interested, Wake is playing Michigan tomorrow night on FS1. Just curious to see how Michigan is this year (I know they're ranked high), and see how Biliew is doing there for Wake.

I hope Wake didn't fork out a lot for Omaha.
Outside of Harrison Barnes, I can’t think of the last big-name recruit from Iowa to come remotely close to living up to his ranking.3 pts, 1 reb in 19 min.
Foster 1.7 pt career average.Outside of Harrison Barnes, I can’t think of the last big-name recruit from Iowa to come remotely close to living up to his ranking.
Xavier Foster? Lol.
Same story.
DeVries quite a bit better. And that’s not a knock on Peyton.Sounds like he's more than a nose better than Peyton

Paige was touted. McDermott wasn't a hot prospect. Committed to UNI because his dad for some reason wouldn't give him a scholarship at state? So....very much exceeded expectationsMarcus Paige had a very good career at unc
Lesser recruits have come thru- McDermott and korver.
Does Tyger Campbell count?
I think the physical tools might have masked some issues in pure athleticism. Lateral quickness is an issue. What’s the story on him? Work ethic problems?
